The next item which is 4) is the round table. This table retails for over $1800. O.K. I know I have lost my mind but when you think about it, having a good solid table can make the difference from the kids breaking it or the movers dropping it regardless this is a sturdy table. But of course you can find tables just about anywhere. For me I think that table are the easiest piece of furniture to find even if your in a small city, someone needs to get rid of a table. Check you local paper under used furniture and I bet you'll find someone who wants of get rid of a table and you might just get it for free.

Here are your options for enhancing your table:- Paint

- Stain
Now what you have left is your accessories, these are items 5-10. Accessories don't really have to break the bank but with all of these accessories the total cost is of over $5000. There are so many options to getting these accessories for a lot less.
The curtain, rugs, picture, and ottoman can be gotten from your local discount retailer like Ross, Marshall, or TJ Maxx. The little accessories can be found at your local thrift store, family attic or you can create some piece yourself. The throw can sometimes be found at your local retailer but if you want something really luxurious at a cheaper price than go to your local thrift store and find a used fur coat. Have it cleaned and buy a piece of satin fabric to sew to the back and you have a throw that everyone thinks you paid a fortune for.
If your not a big fan of wall paper or you don't know how to hang it, you can always buy a stencil for your walls and paint the design of your choice. But if your living in an apartment you won't be able to use the wall paper or the stencil. Don't fret you have another option!
Go to your local fabric store and find a piece of fabric you love. Then go over to your big box store and buy liquid starch and a squeegee. You will need a bucket or use a storage container to soak the fabric until it is saturated. Then lightly squeeze (do not ring out the fabric) the excess starch out so that it's not dripping to much. Place the edge of the fabric at the beginning of the ceiling and then smooth it with your hands. Next get your squeegee to smooth out any crease and excess starch. The great thing about this technique is that it won't damage the wall and when you are ready to move out just pull the fabric off the wall and it's ready to reuse (but wash it first).
